Subconsultant Design Services

Sasaki Associates, Inc., prime consultant to the City of Little Rock for the design of 30 Crossing Park, invites qualified firms to submit statements of qualifications for subconsultant design services.

30 Crossing Park is an 18-acre urban park in downtown Little Rock, created from land made available through the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s Interstate 30 reconstruction. Concept design was completed in December 2025, with construction anticipated to be completed in July 2029.

Statements of Qualifications are due Monday, October 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT.
